House Building Finance loan installments can be paid online

From now on, the loan installment of Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation (BHBFC) can be paid online. Through the state-owned Sonali Bank's Sonali e-service payment gateway, customers will be able to easily repay their loans in their own account. BHBFC's loan installment online deposit system was inaugurated at Hotel Purbani International in Dilkusha on Sunday. The service was inaugurated by Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal. BHBFC informed that with the launch of this new service, the price of all types of salable forms including the loan amount of the company and the fee fixed by the government can now be paid immediately from anywhere. Now Sonali Bank Ltd. (SBL)'s Sonali e-service payment gateway has created an opportunity to transfer money to the customer's own account; to avail the service, complete the deposit via debit and credit card or mobile wallet. The customer will be able to know the information of the money deposited later and the information of the existing loan status instantly through auto generated vouchers and SMS. While inaugurating the real time repayment system of BHBFC, the Finance Minister lauded the initiative of the Prime Minister to implement Digital Bangladesh. At the same time, he hopes that all other services of the company will be gradually digitized in this way. The function was presided over by BHBFC Managing Director Md. Afzal Karim. Comptroller and Auditor General of Bangladesh Mohammad Muslim Chowdhury, Senior Secretary of the Finance Department Abdur Rauf Talukder (Virtual), Secretary of the Financial Institutions Department Sheikh Mohammad Saleem Ullah, Chairman of Sonali Bank Ziaul Hasan Siddiqui and BHBFC Managing Council Chairman Dr. Md. Selim Uddin was present in the event.
